Admission Procedure

The new academic session commences in the beginning of the month of April every year, immediately after the announcement of result of the preceding year. Registration for admission takes place from the month of January for classes I to IX and XI before the start of the new academics session. A few meritorious candidates can be admitted to these classes, strictly on merit basis.

Registration

The registration forms are available at the school reception from 1st January onwards of the concerned year as per the Govt. directives.

Documents required for Admission

• At the time of admission: the original birth certificate obtained from the competent authority along with its attested photocopy.
• Original proof of residence of the parents in original, along with the attested photocopy.
• In case a student has attended some other recognized school earlier, original transfer certificate (T.C.) must be submitted at the time of admission along with the Report Card (Final Term) of the previous class.
• Original TC of previous school
• Report card photocopy with original for verification
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card
• 2 passport size photos of student

Procedure for Registration:

The Registration Form, duly filled should be submitted in the school office by the due date.

For admission to the Pre School/ Pre Primary Class, the aspiring student should have attained 3 and 4 years of age of age for Pre School and Pre Primary respectively as on 31st March of the concerned year, in which the admission is to be sought.

Kindly note:  

No request for the change of name will be entertained after the admission.

For Primary, Middle and Secondary Classes- (Streams: Science – Medical/ Non- Medical with/without Mathematics) the Registration for Provisional Admission for Class 11th, is open in the month of April of the concerned year. However, the confirmed admission is done only after the declaration of class X results in May, by the C.B.S.E.

Hakuna Matata Admission Procedure and Registration

The new academic session commences in the beginning of the month of April every year. The Registration Forms, are available on the School’s Reception from 1st January of the corresponding academic year onwards.

The Registration Form, duly filled should be submitted in the school office by the due date. Admissions are given at first come first serve basis.

Documents Required

• Duly filled Admission and Registration form.
• Original birth certificate obtained from the competent authority along with its attested photocopy.
• Photocopy of Ration Card/Voter I-card/Smart Card/Aadhar Card of Student & Parents.
• Original T.C.(If applicable)
• Report Card
• Child's Immunization History
• Four Passport size photographs of the child
• Three photos each of parents and any other person who may pick up the child from the school/transport drop point.
• Any other applicable certificate.

Selection Criteria:  

The age group for various preschool programs and the documentation process are listed below-

Age to be calculated as on 31st March of the corresponding academic year.

Term wise (4 terms in an academic year) or Annually (with a discount on tution fees).
